Infinite Echo Sound
A self-running synthwave channel — AI writes the music, paints the world, and ships it to YouTube on a schedule.

Infinite Echo Sound is an AI-driven music channel modeled after Lofi Girl — themed synthwave albums, hour-long mixes, cyberpunk-anime visuals that loop seamlessly. Everything is generated: AceStep composes the tracks, Flux 2 paints the scenes, Wan 2.1 animates them, ffmpeg stitches and finishes. A mission-control dashboard sequences the whole pipeline — audio batch, scene library, NPC overlays, YouTube upload — and a season-plan YAML drives the publish cadence. Built solo end-to-end, from prompt engineering down to the frame-accurate ping-pong palindrome that makes each 3-second scene loop without a seam.
- Season-plan-driven episode roster with per-episode theme pools spanning 24+ hand-tuned scenes
- AceStep music generation with a mastering chain calibrated over dozens of A/B rolls
- Character-consistent NPCs composited from Wan alpha mattes on top of ambient Flux backdrops
- One-click compose → assemble → OAuth upload with resumable retries and per-stage cancel
- Ghibli-cyberpunk aesthetic locked via a canonical character reference + three-block prompt architecture
- ComfyUI
- Flux 2
- Wan 2.1
- AceStep
- FFmpeg
- Python
Wan I2V outputs aren't actually loopable — the fix is a frame-trimmed palindrome, not a fancier workflow. Learned that after two days on FLF2V that seamed anyway.
