01 — Inspect. We get on the roof, survey the deck, flashing, and ventilation, and photograph what's actually there before a number is quoted.
02 — Scope. A written spec — underlayment layers, fastener pattern, materials — priced as a whole system, not the cheapest layer.
03 — Build. Our own crews, tear-off to dry-in in the same window, soft sheathing replaced as we find it, the site cleaned each night.
04 — Close out. A photo record of what went on, and a written warranty that names what it covers.
