Slime Kingdom
A cozy 3D kingdom you paint yourself, then reclaim tile by tile with a squad of squishy, possessable slimes.

Slime Kingdom is a handheld conquest RPG with a soft heart. You paint your island in a drag-and-drop map maker — roads, castles, ponds, spawn portals — and the game builds it in 3D: a living meadow of swaying grass, drifting bird flocks, and a hundred slimes bouncing through town. Then you drop in, possess your lead slime, and take the kingdom back one region at a time — seven portals, seven bosses, a final showdown at the cathedral. Every slime is yours to raise, with six classic classes, old-school RPG stat points, and evolutions, and the whole thing runs on your phone in landscape — from a cinematic pull-back-into-orbit title screen to a hand-tuned carved-wood UI. Built end-to-end solo: Blender and ComfyUI for the art, Unity for the game, one designer wearing every hat.
- Paint-your-own maps — a square-tile editor that builds straight into 3D playable islands, and exports biomes friends can build on and trade
- Possess & command — dive into any slime for over-the-shoulder control, or direct the whole squad from above; free the island portal by portal
- Deep slime raising — six core classes, banked stat points, per-level growth, and evolutions; collect, level, and specialize your team
- A kingdom that feels alive — hundreds of roaming, expression-swapping slimes, GPU-driven wind, bird flocks, and a castle that looms over the town
- Hand-built end to end — cinematic runtime intro, rope-rustic carved-wood interface, and balance you can retune on the fly
- Unity
- C#
- URP
- Blender
- ComfyUI
The map maker exports your whole hand-painted kingdom as one tiny file — design a biome in bed, text it to a friend, and they build the next one.
